Filing a DMCA takedown notice
If you believe that material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to arslanijazengr@chipvortex.net with the subject line “DMCA Notice” including all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on this site where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review complete notices promptly. If the claim is valid, the material will be removed or access to it disabled, typically within a reasonable time of verification.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address containing: identification of the removed material and its former location, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district, and your signature.
Repeat infringers
Where applicable, we will terminate the ability of repeat infringers to submit content to this site.
